OUR SERVICES
REGULAR MAINTENANCE
Because water changes are such an important part of a successful aquarium, they are included as part of our regular maintenance services. During those visits, we will either test the water on the spot or take a sample back to the store to test when necessary. Prior to leaving, we will make sure that all equipment is functioning as it should be. We will include a list of all things done during our visit in a log that will be left on site. We will dose all supplements that are scheduled to be dosed weekly. Otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to dose items that are dosed daily. The products are not a part of our services, and will be billed to you. All payments will be due immediately upon completion of our work unless otherwise stated. In the case that we invoice for our services, all products including livestock will be billed when delivered, and payment for those items will be due immediately. |
