When you hire us, what are your responsibilities to the tank?

In every aquarium that we service, a magnetic algae cleaner is charges on the initial visit, unless the customer already has one. The customer will be responsible to use the magnet to keep algae off the inside of the glass so that there is no accumulation between our visits. You, as the customer will also be responsible for feeding a pre-determined amount of food for the tank inhabitants and keeping the tank topped
off for evaporation.
